ScreedPro™ Plus 28

The ScreedPro™ Plus 28 is a premium 28mm acoustic overlay board that combines the structural integrity of an 18mm dry screed panel with a pre-bonded 10mm resilient acoustic foam layer. Designed to span directly across joists at 400mm centres, this board provides an exceptionally solid subfloor while significantly reducing impact and airborne sound transmission. Please note that due to the acoustic foam backing acting as an insulator, this product is not suitable for installations with Underfloor Heating (UFH) systems located below the board. Once laid, the durable surface is ready to accept final floor finishes directly on top.
